Nevertheless, other home inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. I guess I do as well, I have 13 years of experience and have completed over 4000 houses. In that time I feel I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and seen a lot of things. This has helped me transform into one of the best home inspectors in my area and with every home inspection I’m continually getting better.
