Conditions will change after the inspection. There will likely be some maintenance issues listed or discussed that you may want to consider doing upon moving into the home. In a few days after the inspection you will get an email regarding a home warranty. It’s definitely not a bad idea and for the low price point a lot of folks jump on it. The umbrella policies offered covers the odd installations, mismatched equipment, and code violations that can change over the years. They are worth having to help protect your investment.
