My Home Inspection Process
Safe-Buy Home Inspectors will conduct a thorough, visual inspection of your home, inside and out. This includes evaluating all the homes major systems and components and noting any deficiencies that we find. We photograph all the problems we note on your inspection and the photos are included on the detailed report we provide for you.
As a ASHI and NACHI -certified professional home inspector, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.
Outside the home, we check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The plumbing fixtures will be operated and the heating and air conditioning systems will be run and checked. We’ll evaluated the electrical fixtures, service and panel.
All the noted flaws and damages will be photographed and included in your final report that is emailed to you usually within 2 days from the time of home inspection.

We invite you to come along and watch as we inspect your home, but it is also not required. We do the same inspection if you are with us or you are not. If you are present, fill free to ask questions at any time during the home inspection; remember – We’re there for you and we’ve done this hundreds of times before.
