About Our Services:
All SAFE-BUY’s Home Inspection Services include complete written and photo documentation of all the home’s major systems and components. Clients have their choice between narrative and/or detailed reporting. A full home inspection is a 2-3 hour overview of the home’s major components and systems. At the conclusion, we provide a verbal summary of the inspection results and answer any questions that you may have. When I return to the office I’ll complete a highly detailed home inspection report with pictures, explanations and all of our observations. You will have your choice to have your report delivered by email within hours of the home inspection or printed format delivered in the standard USPS time frame (generally within 5 days).
These rates are based in Indiana County – additional travel/mileage fees may occur when we leave our “home” county and travel to adjacent areas. We keep prices very competitive and reasonable. Don’t hesitate to ask us for prices on packages or bundles to areas outside Indiana county (we go all over Western and Central PA).

Camera Sewer Service
We have recently acquired a sewer camera and this enables us to camera out the main drain lines in your home. In older homes the dated drain lines can deteriorate over time and lead to costly repairs for any homeowner.
Running our camera through these lines allows us to detect many possible defects. This is always a wise addition to any home inspection service. This service provides you with a high quality video that will show you exactly if any roots, clogs or deficiencies are happening in the system.
